Our goal is to take our company public and launch our Musictini Lounge Bar and Pan Asian Restaurant concept into a national and international chain. Our Musictini Lounge bar brand offers VIP service, outstanding décor, high quality products and above average entertainment to the average customer without VIP prices. The drinks menu will extend beyond the average national chain establishments. There is a growing movement of craft beer and wine today but they are limited to specialty stores and establishments. Our goal is to create the ultimate bar lounge and club experience where customers can experience and enjoy the best drinks and music. Marketing activites will include online, in print, radio and television. Musictini will also sponsor some events to attract attention and convert prospects into customers. Social media marketing will focus on retaining existing customers with promos and new products. Once we complete the going public process funds raised will also be used for the development of a chain of Pan Asian restaurants in the US. NCPC Enterprises LLC (“the Company”) is a Tampa based corporation that will develop a restaurant chain that will serve Caribbean Chinese, Thai and Indian based cuisine. The Company was founded by Kevin Farfan and Geoff Farfan. NCPC, intends to serve a wide variety of entrées that will be of Caribbean Chinese, Thai and Indian origin. These entrees include traditional chicken, beef, seafood, and vegetables dishes. Additionally, the business will offer a wide variety of beer, wine and non alcoholic beverages, which Management expects will generate a significant portion of the Company’s revenue.
