SuperFlox

SuperFlox develops, manufactures, operates and licenses flameless oxidisation tech which makes fossil fuel based industries zero emissions. SuperFlox has patented its technology, which has a universal applicability throughout the fossil fuel based industry and which also is useful in sustainable fuels production and hydrogen industries. The technology is certified by Big Oil, and is robust, very low maintenance, proven and capable of treating fluctuating concentrations and fluctuating compositions. Uniquely, it produces near zero Nitrogen Oxide emissions (where these are an issue with traditional incineration or combustion based tech) as it uses flameless oxidisation at much lower temperatures - with the further benefit of no risk of explosions as the tech is flameless. Uses include: responsible, clean degassing of onshore tanks or tanker ship tanks to prevent unburnt gases being vented direct to air which is 80 times or more as bad for greenhouse gas emissions as CO2 itself; cleaning emissions of refineries, coal gasification plants, coal fired powerplants, waste gases from fracking projects; and a range of uses for non-fossil fuels (blue and green hydrogen processing). CO2 can also be captured for sale to CO2 users. SuperFlox's installations generate significant carbon credits as they convert unburnt methane and other VOCs/vapours to just CO2 which is captured; SuperFlox assist HAAS clients with monetizing these too.
