Pemberton operates in seven locations across Europe to be close to our clients. In August 2014, Legal & General Group Plc became a 40 per cent equity investor in Pemberton. This partnership with one of Europe's largest insurance companies and institutional investors has created a large-scale platform with highly experienced local origination teams, who have unique access to European non-investment grade corporate borrowers.
