Salient Bio
Salient Bio is building non-invasive diagnostic tests that address difficult-to-identify medical conditions, such as Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. For this we use a combination of microbiome metagenomics and machine learning, which we couple with classical diagnostic approaches. We currently focus on testing human gut, oral, and vaginal microbiomes, for which we have built comprehensive bioinformatic analysis options. Our ISO17025-certified lab portfolio also includes a range of classical blood and stool diagnostic tests which we offer alongside our microbiome testing service for our revenue generating proposition.
