Cleveland Whiskey creates spirits by combining science and craft. Whiskeys are finished using woods other than oak and outside of barrels, resulting in flavors that are natural and free of sugar, syrup, or artificial coloring. They remove the staves from the barrel, cut and measure to manage oxygen content, surface area, and moisture, and then add the wood to the whisky in pressure-capable stainless-steel tanks to mature their spirits using technology.
